This Privacy Notice explains how ReadyCar LLC ("ReadyCar," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information in connection with this public website and related pilot inquiries. It does not replace a customer agreement, provider agreement, product-specific privacy notice or other notice that may apply to a future or separately contracted ReadyCar service.

Information you choose to provide
If you contact us or create a pilot-inquiry email, you may provide your name, work email address, organization type, primary use case, message and any other information included in your communication. The website form opens your email application; the form itself does not transmit or store the information on this website. ReadyCar receives the information only if you send the email.
Basic technical information
Our hosting, content-delivery and security providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page and diagnostic or security events.
Cookies and analytics
As of the date above, this public website does not intentionally use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioral advertising or a third-party analytics service. Essential infrastructure may still use transient technical data to deliver or secure the website. If our practices change materially, we will update this notice and provide additional choices when required.

You may choose not to send a pilot inquiry or may limit the information included in an email. Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and to appeal or complain to a regulator.
California residents may also have rights to know, delete or correct personal information; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable rights. ReadyCar does not discriminate against anyone for exercising a legally protected privacy right.
To submit a request, email ImReady@readycar.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.

Retention and protection
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the nature of the information and the reason it was collected.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International use
ReadyCar and its service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. When required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
