These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ReadyCar LLC ("ReadyCar," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of this public website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the website for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.

Information, not an operating commitment
The website provides general information about ReadyCar concepts, products, patent-pending technology and potential pilot relationships. Website content is not a binding offer, service-level commitment, vehicle instruction, safety certification, warranty or guarantee that any product, provider, facility, integration, service capacity or operating result is available.
A pilot inquiry is only a request to begin a discussion. Any pilot, subscription, platform access, provider participation, integration, service transaction or other commercial relationship will require a separate written agreement. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that relationship.

Use the website responsibly
You may use the website only for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not:
- interfere with, disable, overburden or attempt to bypass website security or access controls;
- introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse or unauthorized scraping;

ReadyCar, SiteMap, Autonomous Service Verification, ASV and related marks or product names may be trademarks of ReadyCar. No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the website under these Terms.
If you voluntarily provide ideas or feedback, you grant ReadyCar a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READYCAR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READYCAR'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PUBLIC WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
